Inaugurated on 10 May 2000 in Quartu Sant'Elena, Province of Cagliari, the Arke is managed by Christian Carboni who with his collaborators carries out this project with professionalism and passion, obtaining many satisfactions over time and distinguishing himself over the years in the Cagliari restaurant industry. The strength of Arke cuisine is the raw material, carefully selected every morning with the arrival of freshly caught fish and the attention to the choice of indiscriminate fishing that is leading to the extinction of some species of fish.
